Our Story

Christina and Neha were inspired to co-found the Insight Collective as part of a desire and drive to encourage greater alignment to purpose, well-being and balance. We also hope to inspire those navigating corporate worlds to generate positive change and growth beyond corporate initiatives.

Neha Belgrave

Neha Belgrave is a Senior Executive, Professional Coach and Co-Founder of the Insight Collective. She is an experienced leader who works as a Deputy CEO for a charity along with running her own growing international coaching business.

Neha is extremely passionate about making a difference and ‘holding space’ for people to transition and grow. She believes that a holistic approach can benefit corporate productivity and is an advocate of cross-sector collaboration to explore key issues through conversation, storytelling and creativity. In her coaching world, clients work with her to manage themselves, relationships, their teams and organisations better.

She loves spending time with her family and two dogs at home in London, but also travelling the globe in her spare time.

Christina Clark

Christina Clark is a Communications Consultant and Co-Founder of the Insight Collective. She has over ten years of experience working across Advertising, Media, PR and building her little black book. Aside from helping businesses to tell their story in plain English, Christina is passionate about mentoring people who don’t fully see their own potential or are being held back by the narrative they tell themselves.

Christina is an advocate of a holistic approach to get the most out of everyday work life without losing sight of interests or the things that bring meaning, balance and happiness. Having worked in fast-paced and goal-oriented environments, she is well aware of the challenge to remain authentic and this is very much work in practice.

Christina loves learning languages and being a culture vulture.

“The Insight Collective is a unique home for people who are invested in learning more about the world and about ourselves through the lens of others. I’ve never been to a place with such a diverse set of backgrounds and views that can come together so seamlessly and beautifully. The Insight Collective is good for the mind, body, and soul. Two thumbs up.”

“I met Neha some months ago and I have been undergoing a very rich and fruitful process with her through the Coaching Program that she has designed. Not only in my professional sphere but also on a personal note, she has taught me how to work with my personality and better exploit my inner capabilities. I recommend Neha’s coaching session’s and I specifically enjoy the holistic approach she delivers to help me gain balance in all the aspects of my life.”

“I was lucky enough to have a one-on-one session around personal branding and marketing with Christina. I’m the owner of a social enterprise venue in East London, and I have struggled in the past with understanding where my role, as owner, fits into the wider story of my social brand. Christina was incredibly insightful and supportive, clearly explaining the benefits of spending time developing my personal story around my brand, and encouraging me that people would be interested to hear it! I feel so much more confident now about how I can use my voice to benefit my business, and what channels are available to me to do so.”
